With a sharp strategic vision and a strong instinct for reality, our founder bridges intuition and structure.

Educated in Milan in Interior Design, she later expanded her academic background in California and Lugano (Ticino) with studies in Marketing, Psychology and Company consultantancy.

Since 2000 she is a trusted advisor to leadership teams on executive-level, people training and motivation, strategic marketing, service design, and annual planning. Recognized for aligning business objectives with value creation, purpose, and sustainable performance.

Alongside her consulting activity, she has curated and organized major artistic events and conceived widely recognized social innovation projects in Ticino. Also a painter, she brings a multidisciplinary and people-centric perspective, with a proven ability to read complex systems, perceive subtle signals, and work effectively with human and organizational complexity. These capabilities form the foundation of the REWILD philosophy and its applied approach to sustainable business and people development.
