Formatasi a Milano IT, San Diego USA e Lugano CH, il suo percorso unisce design, marketing, psicologia e sviluppo organizzativo, dando forma a un approccio multidisciplinare e sistemico alla leadership e alla strategia.
Dai primi anni 2000 collabora con team executive, istituzioni finanziarie, organizzazioni pubbliche e brand internazionali, supportando percorsi di sviluppo della leadership nel lungo periodo, trasformazione culturale e allineamento strategico durante fasi di crescita e cambiamento. Tra il 2006 e il 2019 ha ricoperto incarichi di consulenza continuativi presso importanti gruppi bancari e finanziari svizzeri, progettando programmi di formazione executive, coaching e sviluppo delle persone.
Parallelamente al lavoro corporate, Monica ha fondato e guidato progetti di innovazione sociale e culturale, tra cui Smart Village e Moka People, esplorando l’intersezione tra Arte, Business, intelligenza sensoriale ed ecosistemi di comunità.
