MONICA RUSH SOLCÀ

Educated in Milan in Interior Design, she later expanded her academic background in California and Lugano (Ticino) with studies in Marketing, Psychology, Company consultant. This multidisciplinary education underpins an integrated approach to business and organizational transformation, combining spatial thinking, human behavior, and market strategy.

Since 2000 she is a trusted advisor to leadership teams on executive-level, people training and motivation, strategic marketing, service design, and annual planning. Recognized for aligning business objectives with value creation, purpose, and sustainable performance.

Alongside her consulting activity, she has curated and organized major artistic events and conceived widely recognized social innovation projects in Ticino. A practicing painter, she brings a multidisciplinary and people-centric perspective, with a proven ability to read complex systems, perceive subtle signals, and work effectively with human and organizational complexity. These capabilities form the foundation of the REWILD philosophy and its applied approach to sustainable business and people development.

ROBERTO PROVANA

Roberto Provana is a trainer, consultant, journalist, writer and researcher specializing in organizational development and people management. His work focuses on high-potential talent development and motivational analysis applied to marketing, sales and human resources processes.

He has designed and delivered innovative methodologies in leadership, people empowerment and sales force development, widely adopted by major multinational organizations.
